Since 2013, he served as Central Operations Manager, a position in which he led strategic areas such as production, maintenance, quality assurance, commercialization, environmental management, investment projects, and continuous improvement, contributing to the operational performance and competitiveness of Austral Group.

He holds an economics degree from the University of Bordeaux (France), an Executive MBA from INCAE Business School and Adolfo IbĂ¡Ă±ez University, and a master’s degree in Organizational Governance from the University of Piura. His professional background has enabled him to develop a comprehensive view of our business, encompassing a deep understanding of operations, markets, customers, and the key challenges facing the fishing industry.

Adriana Giudice will remain at Austral as Corporate Director.

As part of this transition, Adriana Giudice will assume the position of Corporate Director of Austral Group, where she will be in charge of supervising regulatory and legal affairs, social responsibility, corporate communication and relations with business associations and public institutions.
