Its design eliminates the need for a skiff for fishing operations, improving fishing efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos muy orgullosos de sumar esta nave a nuestra flota. No solo fortalece nuestra capacidad operativa, sino que reafirma nuestro compromiso con el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico y el cuidado del medio ambiente\u201d, destac\u00f3 la gerente general de Austral Group, Adriana Giudice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The executive explained that the vessel completed a 42-day voyage to reach Peru and will operate primarily in anchovy fishing, with future capacity for horse mackerel and mackerel. The investment amounts to US$10 million and reflects the company's strategic decision to have a state-of-the-art fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Environmental commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giudice noted that one of the vessel's most notable features is its seawater cooling system (RSW), which preserves the quality of the fish from the moment it's caught. It's also equipped with a fuel-efficient engine, which helps reduce its environmental footprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe EP Adriana is part of a broader transformation we've been promoting at Austral: a modern fleet ready for the challenges of the future,\u201d Giudice added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this addition, Austral Group's fleet now includes 19 vessels, 14 of which now have RSW systems.
